Back in the early/mid-90's when stealing cable was as easy as stealing wi-fi... HBO played nothing but campy, B movies with just enough t&a to catch my 10 year old interest... This being the most frequent in rotation. At the time I didnt pick up on the obvious tounge in cheek approach of this movie but it is very much in the veins of Police Academy and the like. Full of montage esq scenes, racial stereotypes, day-glo and everything else that made the 80's so great. A must see.
