YES they made this movie. PEOPLE actually made this movie. The live-action, Topps Trading Card Co. rendition of the 80s phenom Garbage Pail Kids angered the hell out of parents during its short-run release because it was just so GROSS! (more like retarded). Can you guess what the Garbage Pail Kids' secret power was? Duh, it was SEWING of course.

FUN FACT: The lead role of Dodger was played by Sean Astin's brother Mackenzie, most commonly known for his award winning turn as "Andy" on the post-Mrs. Garrett episodes of Facts of Life.
